Double with own bathroom! bills included!

There is a double room available within a small complex of luxury apartments. The apartment itself has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a utility cupboard and an open plan lounge/kitchen area. The bathroom would be solely for you as I have my own bathroom!

The complex is very close to East Croydon station (around 8 minutes walk) making it really useful if you are commuting to work (15 mins to Victoria or London Bridge, 35 minutes to St Pancras) if you want an easy commute or just a day out in central London!

The bedroom itself is a good sized double with space to put a desk should you require. It also has a built in double wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and shelves. The room does not have a bed so you would have to bring your own (or there's an option to buy the current bed that my housemate may leave if you require)! It fits a double bed in perfectly with enough room left spare! My current housemate has her chest of drawers, ottoman, bedside table and bed in the room. Each bedroom has their own bathroom which is always a plus!

I currently occupy the other room and am a social worker working in Croydon. My weekends are usually spent either with friends or back home in the midlands (when I get the time!). As you may have seen from my description I am a smoker however this is kept to outdoors. This is a no smoking building therefore if you are a smoker you may have to bare the rain and cold like me :p

I am hoping to share with someone who likes to have a clean place to come back to after work.

All main bills are included with the exception being tv, broadband and phone. I currently have my own broadband and sky/telephone so there is the option to either share with me which is what I currently do with the housemate who is sadly leaving to be closer to work :( or you are welcome to get your own if you prefer.
