Spacious double Croydon high street

I am away for work for most of the month for work (usually 3 weeks out of the months) and am looking for a flatmate who will look after the space while I am away.

I’m an easygoing girl looking for a peaceful life. I like to have fun but I work full time so keep my head down and get my job done.

I like an equal balance between socialising and me time and am ideally looking to form a relaxed friendship with whoever I share my flat with.

I have two gorgeous playful pomskies so my ideal flatmate will need to be dog friendly. I’m away for most of the month but I work from home most days while in Croydon, occasionally going into the office.

I have a spare room on croydon high street. (10 mins from south and east Croydon and 15-20 mins from west Croydon). It’s a new build luxurious property with a concierge/ security between 7am-11pm, a spacious shared roof terrace with a private dining room you can book when you have guests/ large parties.

The room is currently being used as a home office and is hard to photo (is the image with the blue sofa, white blinds and cabinets) I have a video which shows it better. The room is a double room with room for a double bed and wardrobe. Approx measures are 3.2m x 3.2m

Has a spacious living area as you can see in the pictures (I use this as office space while home) . The double room will be unfurnished however the living area is furnished with kitchen island, bar stools and sofa.
