We are looking for a friendly, clean and calm flatmate.

We can discuss flexible arrangements such as Monday to Friday, and others, just ask.
Please note its £100 a month more for a second person (couples).

The room is a large double bedroom and luxury ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower. Three-door wardrobe with mirror, under-bed storage, bedside tables with drawers.

The apartment is situated in a gated and quiet community and is very spacious, clean, modern and minimalist. One free parking space is available and there is a secure bike shed. The apartment also has a good-sized private garden with patio and AstroTurf and a large communal garden.

You will have access to the WiFi, the parking space, the bike shed and the kitchen facilities.

The kitchen is in an open plan room with spaces to sit and includes all the usual appliances, plus a filter coffee machine and Ninja multi-cooker (air-fryer and more), a ninja soup maker/blender, a ninja smart kettle and a ninja 3-in-1 toaster/panini press.

We are based on a peaceful, quiet and desirable street away from the hustle and bustle of London. The street is perfect for a morning run or walk and leads to the enormous Lloyd Park (about 10 minute walk on the private street) and connects to other beautiful green spaces (just ask us for recommendations).

Excellent transport links with very quick and convenient access to the centre through East Croydon station, bus and trams. We think the main ones are:
• 15-minute trains to Crystal Palace, Gatwick Airport and Central London (London Bridge and Victoria Station)
• 20-minute train to Farringdon Station for the Elizabeth Line.
• 25-minute train to St Pancras for Eurostar connections.
• 45-minute train to Brighton for the coast.

We are also close to Box Park for more than 25 restaurants and central Croydon for lots of shops and other amenities.

We are a friendly LGBTQ+ couple: one professional, one artist. We are both ambiverts so enjoy time alone as well as time together. When not working, we enjoy gaming, reading, exercising, music, TV and film and we dabble in language learning. We both work from home upto three days a week (though from September this will go to two days at home max).

The rent includes all bills (excluding food and personal cleaning/laundry items).
