Hey there! I'm looking for a friendly, chilled housemate to share my 3 bed 2 person occupancy clean and tidy home with.

It's got everything you need – a lovely garden that catches the sun, a modern open plan living and dining area with a kitchen that’s newly fitted and includes washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is a bathroom upstairs with a bath/shower and toilet and a separate toilet downstairs. There is also a separate living room which has a desk in it - useful for working from home. The 3rd bedroom in the house will not be rented and is used as an office (I work from home 2 or 3 days a week).

Your room comes fully furnished with a comfy double bed, two chests of drawers, a wardrobe, shoe rack, mirror, and your own TV.

The house is tucked away on a peaceful street that has plenty of restaurants and shops close by and we're only a:
- 5 minute walk to South Croydon station
- 10-15 minute walk to East Croydon station
- 20 minutes walk to West Croydon station.

I'm a looking for someone who will enjoy the occasional movie night or pub visit. Equally important to me is respecting each other’s privacy and having our own space to unwind.

The rent is £750 per month and includes all bills, WiFi, Netflix and Disney plus.

Parking is available via a permit (approx £150 per year, the exact price will depend on the emissions of your car).
