in a nice residential area, warm and comfortable, with on street parking.

it's a 10 min walk to East Croydon, and is close to local amenities including shops, bars and restaurants, banks, parks etc.

There are good transport links nearby to mainline british rail stations which have fast and frequent connections to London and the coast (Victoria 16 min, London Bridge 12 min, Brighton 32 min,, Gatwick 14 min etc), buses as well as being close to Croydon Tramlink stops which have routes to Wimbledon, Elmers End, Beckenham etc.

I'm looking for a professional person who's interested in being a sole lodger.

The room is light and comfortable, fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe (with space for more storage if necessary). There's shared use of the large lounge, separate kitchen (with a washing machine and fridge- freezer), bathroom, garden, and wireless internet. The rent is fully inclusive of all bills (though no landline phone use).

We are clean, tidy, considerate and hope to hear from potential lodgers with the same kind of outlook and values - who also don't mind the pets!
