The house is spread over three floors with garden (and three friendly outdoor rabbits!) and has newly decorated living room, brand new kitchen, reasonably new bathroom and separate ground floor toilet. There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen and separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble-dryer. There is a cleaner who comes every Tuesday afternoon.

It is just 4 minutes walk to East Croydon St., which has fantastic transport links to Central London, Brighton and Gatwick Airport. Brilliant location if you need to commute into Central London.

Rent includes all bills (including wifi internet and virgin media tv...but no phone line). £500 deposit and references required.

We are currently Bex and Amanda, Rosa and Jose. We all work work hard and various hours and like to chill out and be social in the evenings. We enjoy good wine, films, music, cooking and a good laugh!
