Hi there,
We have one big en-suite room to let in our beautiful house. The room is furnished and available from 1st August. Available ONLY for 2 months (until 2nd October).
The house is really big, in a very quite area, clean and friendly and just 5 mins walk from East Croydon station.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a dining room, a toilet and a garage. On the first floor there is a big living room and a your room and on the top floor there are three more rooms. There are also two parking places and a back private garden.
The rent for the room is £560 per month and all the bills are included. Plus £450 for the deposit which you will get back at the end of your tenancy.
Currently in the house we are two females and a male, all professionals. We are looking for a male or a female. You have to be a professional, between 25-35 year old, tidy, clean and friendly. Sorry but no students or couples.
The house is just 5 mins walk from East Croydon station and that means that you are just 15-20 mins away from London Bridge and London Victoria and 15 mins from Gatwick airport. From East Croydon station there are trains 24/7 to London and Gatwick. Also you are just 10-15 mins walk from Croydon centre where are located all the shops, pubs and clubs, the market and the buses for all around London.
The room is very suitable for someone who works in the City or a cabin crew flying from Gatwick airport.
