Hi,
I have a really huge room to rent in a lovely residential, tree lined street near East Croydon station.
Build in floor to ceiling wardrobes across one wall, king size bed, sunny room, black out blinds, brand new wooden flooring.
House has a garden, it's furnished to a high luxurious standard.
There's a separate dining room. Kitchen has a washing machine and microwave. You will have your own separate fridge.
Downstairs bathroom which will largely be yours as we will reside in the loft conversion when we visit.
All bills included (reasonable usage).

Residents parking allows you to park up right next to East Croydon station. There are excellent bus links 2 mins away to the hospital, Thornton Heath and West Croydon. Lebanon Road tram link is at the top of the road which means you can get into Wimbledon in 30 mins.
You will be living alone for the vast majority of time. The lady homeowner will visit London x2 a month and the family (husband and 2 children) will stay during school holidays. You must be comfortable living alone and can manage a house by yourself - we expect you to be familiar with how things work in a house and can escalate issues correctly
