Situated just 10 mins walk from East Croydon station and 5 mins from Addiscombe village. The large double room with King Size bed, would suit a working professional looking for a weekly London base with fast access to the city, Gatwick or the Surrey countryside.

East Croydon station has excellent overland links to all mainline London terminals. 20 mins to London Victoria, 10 mins to Clapham Junction, London Bridge is 12 minutes; with trains also serving London Blackfriars and Bedford.

Gatwick is a mere 15 Mins away and we can regularly be enjoying a glass of wine in departures from our door in 45 mins. There is also a tram that runs to Beckenham or Wimbledon at the top of the road (5min walk).

I am looking for a clean and tidy Female professional on a Sun/Mon – Fri basis (flexible) to share the flat with as my husband is moving job to the midlands, but will be retuning some weekends and I will go to him on others – so I can be flexible.

All bills are included and we have Fibre optic broadband.

The building has bike storage and a small outside decking area at the back on the ground floor. There is also a basement (currently being painted) which can be used as storage.

I am a working professional in the fashion industry, easy going and like to socialise with a glass of wine or a good movie. I also like keeping fit and good food!
