A spacious double room in East Croydon end of terrace house within easy walking distance of Croydon town centre and East Croydon station.

Large downstairs double room. Double bed and very spacious wardrobe. Large window facing the street.

The house is a spacious 5 bedroom end of terrace with a well equipped modern kitchen , large (so far unattended garden and patio area. There is a separate shared dining room/lounge area and 3 bathrooms in total. The house was freshly renovated 2 years ago and has double glazing and a new gas central heating system.

The rent is inclusive of bills.

The house is a 12/15 minute walk to East Croydon station and Central Croydon town centre. There are plenty of convenience stores within 2 minutes walk.

The current occupants are 3 mid 20s European professional females. I (51 yr old educated British guy) keep a room in the house using it as my London base, but typically spend less than 20% of the year there.

I'm looking for responsible professional lodgers probably females in 20s or 30s. Ideally people with a positive, optimistic and ambitious personality.
