Also easy access to London Overground routes via Norwood Junction and West Croydon.

Bills included, including 60mb internet and weekly cleaner for public areas, excellent local shops and amenities. Looking for a person who is friendly but respectful of other housemates.

Shared bathroom with bath, large shower etc. Spacious, extended kitchen-living room (7x5m) with large kitchen, dining table, three piece suite and television, opening into garden with two patios, chairs, tables and bbq. Kitchen well equipped includes plenty of work space, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 5 burner gas hob, and 2 ovens. Utility room with washing machine. Wired smoke alarms and CO alarms. Being a live in landlord means I am on hand to fix problems when they arise, no need to call agents and wait ages.

I have a friendly, quiet and generally well behaved cat.
