A large double bedroom in a house-share in East Croydon will be available until mid-July 2016 (up to 6 months).

If you commute into London for work, or work from Gatwick Airport, this would be perfect for you! We have had lots of cabin crew live here in the past for this reason. There are regular trains from East Croydon station which take 20 minutes to get to London Victoria or London Bridge.

The room is a large furnished double bedroom, which costs £615 per month. All bills are included in this price (broadband, electricity, gas, water, council tax, TV licence).

The house is situated on a very quiet street, which is a 10 minute walk from East Croydon station, or 2 minute journey by bus. Local shops and a launderette are less than two minutes away.

There are three other professionals that live in the house, and it is a very calm, quiet and relaxed place to stay, which I love! We are very clean, tidy and respectful of each other's space, and would like the person that stays here to be the same.

I will be moving out of the house for the next few months, and will be returning by mid-June at the latest. Ideally the person that comes to stay in the room will be here for 6 months, but a shorter period of time will be considered (no less than 3 months).
