Hello! My name's Alice - I am your potential landlady. Around 6 years ago I moved into this fabulous space before relocating to Canada and being lucky enough to have a fantastic tenant take my space. Although I returned to London four years ago now, sadly I work in a totally different area and so I have decided to continue to rent this beautiful space that means so much to me. I really hope you love it as much as I do!

You would be taking over for Phil who's left as he is moving in with his partner - and you’d be moving in with the wonderful Anthony. He's a really nice and laid back guy who iworks as a physio in Croydon and has his own spot in London that he rents out so he’s really respectful. Like him, the ideal flatmate would be friendly, respectful of neighbours and shared spaces, as well as reasonably tidy.
