On this quiet road, in a house you can call your home, is a double-room with a large wardrobe, desk, and access to all the mod cons and more.

This house has two bathrooms with shower facilities; a relaxing lounge and a sunny south-facing garden.

South Croydon Station is just a 4-minute walk giving direct access into central London in just 20 minutes. The high street with its eclectic mix of pubs and restaurants is just a 5-minute walk and East Croydon which houses Boxpark is a 12-minute walk.

I spend most of my time as an entrepreneur building an EdTech business. I am sociable, enjoy good conversation, watching F1, tennis, playing tennis, pool, table tennis. foosball, and going to the gym.

I am looking for a housemate(s), preferably a full-time professional or student who is tidy, well-balanced, easy going, and most importantly, considerate. This is a very spacious house with lots of home comforts ready for someone looking for a calm and cool place to call home. As I am potentially looking for two tenants of a similar age (two double rooms available) a maximum of three people will likely be living here at any one time.

NB: As this is a long-term rental, only individuals with a profile that has enough information to tell me if there is a potential good match and can match the rental ask will be followed up; so, the more information the merrier.

For a couple it would be £1800 for the room.
