I'm a young professional working in the city looking for someone similar to share this lovely flat with. I'ts an 8 minute walk from East Croydon station, and with quick trains into Victoria and London Bridge really frequently, its an easy commute. With Box Park opening just up the road in October, it's a great time to move to Croydon!

The flat itself is within a purpose built block, and on the ground floor which means that it comes with the added benefit of an outdoor patio area. I haven't used it much yet, but when it comes back around to the warmer months it could be a great spot given a bit of lobe and a BBQ if that's something that interests you.

There is an open plan communal area which is great for socialising as it has doors that open up to the garden, and a great sized lounge/diner, and the kitchen is equipped with all the usual goods that you'd expect (Fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, double oven, washing machine and microwave).

The available bedroom is a great size, and comes furnished with a double divan bed and mattress, bedside cabinet, large double wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk and a chair. My bedroom has an en-suite, which means that the larger bathroom with a shower bath is for your sole use.

The room is £725 per calendar month which includes gas, electricity, water, service charge, council tax, broadband and TV including BT Sport.

An added bonus is that there is a gated off road parking space which will be yours for the duration of your tenancy.

i'm looking for a friendly, clean and tidy male or female housemate between the ages of 21-35. I have typical interests including watching sport, travelling, having a pint with the friendly owners of our local pub, and also gaming. It'd be great if we shared some of these interests, but equally I don't mind if you'd prefer to keep yourself to yourself.

A £700 deposit is required and one month's rent is payable in advance.
