We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

We offer this furnished DOUBLE bedroom for £199.34 per month with a one off non-refundable £100 administration fee.

Opportunity Location: CROYDON, CR0 - Excellent Location near EAST/WEST CROYDON AND RAIL STATION AND TRAM LINE. (Within Zone 5) .
The neighbourhood in which the flat is located is quiet but well connected.

East Croydon is a railway station and tram stop in Croydon, West Croydon is a National Rail station, a Tramlink stop and a London Buses hub, serving as a transport interchange between the three systems, and are in Travelcard Zone 5.

There is a bus stops outside the flat and also just across the road around the corner all the buses go to East Croydon literally takes 7 minutes they stops outside Croydon station the bus numbers are 466, 194, and 119.

There is a private parking spaces outside the flat if the Homesharer has a car.

We have a great opportunity in Croydon, with a lovely lady in her 80's, who is looking for help, support with housework, laundry, shopping, some gardening and companionship and in return she can offer a spare room for someone who is able to provide 10 hours a week of help.

The ideal candidate would be a non smoking female who is reliable, trustworthy caring and kind who will enjoy this opportunity and someone who can integrate with our householder and communicate effectively with her family keeping them updated with any issues.

She offers a modern very nice updated double room, shared bathroom and living room, kitchen and garden.

The room is available subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
