Room available in beautiful house in Molesey

I’m looking for someone to replace me in a double room in a house in East Molesey. No security deposit needed and all bills included. The land lady and her partner live in the house, and have multiple lodgers.

The room is downstairs in the underground extension, but has a window and good lighting. Shared kitchen and bathroom with other lodgers (4 bedrooms in total but currently only three occupied)

Super laid back house with a gorgeous garden and friendly atmosphere. It’s about a 5 minute walk to Hampton court station and there are multiple cafes, supermarkets and other amenities nearby. There are two dogs in the house, so must be okay with that (they’re super friendly - both Turkish rescues).
