Hi,
I’m looking for someone to replace my room in Egham, near Royal Holloway, University of London. This is a single room which is available in a 6 person shared house in Egham, Surrey, TW20.
The bedroom is located on the top (3rd) floor and the bathroom shared with 1 male tenant, who’s room is next door.
Most of the tenants are LGBT, however there is no strong preference for the new tenant to be LGBT too, just must be accepting :)
This house is tax band F, and the 5 tenants are all students so bear this in mind if you are not a student looking to rent here. (Student’s will not have to pay any council tax!!) The council tax for non students is £250 a month with the 20% single occupancy discount!
