Double Room in Egham Centre for Naturist

Newly refurbished house with brand new kitchen and bathroom with all mod cons. Room available now. Room is a double and fully furnished, with brand new bedding and linen. House has brand new kitchen and wetroom with rain shower and double ended bath with built in bathroom TV (all freeview channels), Sky HD and broadband wifi throughout the house. There is also a garden with a couple of patio areas (although a bit chilly at the moment to enjoy it!). Plenty of on-street parking outside the house and no parking permit required. House is in centre of Egham, under 2 minutes walk to the High Street with Tesco, Waitrose and a number of shops and restaurants. 5/10 minute walk to the train station with frequent trains into Waterloo (40 mins), Clapham (30 mins), Richmond (20 mins), Twickenham (15 mins), Feltham (10 mins)! Also convenient for Heathrow airport with frequent bus services, or a 10/15 minute drive away.

I'm easy going and open minded, work hard and enjoy a relaxing home environment with the odd glass of wine, vodka or beer whilst sitting in my pants, although prefer a naturist lifestyle at home :) Looking for someone similar with a good sense of humour that's easy going and not afraid to help with keeping the place clean and have the odd drink together/socialise together every now and again. Please note this is a naturist house share so you should either be naturist yourself or comfortable with nudity!! Due the large number of replies I've had from people who either haven't read this or who haven't understood it, please mention this in any response or request for more information/photos.

Initially looking for a 3 month let and happy to rent the room for short term lets, also equally open to extending beyond 3 months if things go well. Price per month includes all bills and can negotiate on rent within reason for right housemate.

Please also note I am a smoker so you need to be ok with that!!
