Within the larger property you would also have use of the main kitchen if wanted with a standard domestic oven as well as the garden situated at the rear of the dwelling. Other amenities include off street parking on driveway, and phone line available for internet / phone installation at your expense; you will also have to pay for your own TV licence.

Approximately 20 minute walk to Egham town centre for shops, restaurants etc, and also to Egham mainline train station via Pooley Green Road. Staines is 10 minutes away by car for more shops, restaurants etc.

If you are 21+ we are able to consider offering you this accommodation on a rent free basis (please note that your weekly utility bill will be in the region of £25.00) in return for you acting as a role model for the five 16 - 21 year olds living in the property for whom you will provide a responsible, calm and patient presence which complements the support offered by our staff; full support would also be offered to you to ensure a positive living experience for all concerned.

Smoking is not allowed in communal areas.
