It is a two-storey semi-detached house, with beautiful garden. It has spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with fridge, wash machine, dish washer, cooker, oven ,micro-wave and dinning table and chairs. It has a nice sitting rooms , 2 toilet, 1 bath.

In total there are 4 bedrooms.

There will two double common rooms available for summer short term only.
From 1st July to 30th August 2024.

The fees are including wifi and water fees.
Tenants need share the gas and electricity costs according to the bill. usually about 20-30 pounds per person per month.
