We are three PhD students at Royal Holloway and we are looking for a new housemate who is tidy and calm. The room is available from the 1st of September and the contract is for one year. The rent is £435 per month, bills not included. The deposit will be around £650. The room is already furnished (double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and cupboard). The house has a big living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a garden. It's quite close to the train station, Tesco, Waitrose, Budgens.
