Double bedroom, close to Egham centre

Hi,

We have a room available immediately in our 3 bed house in Egham. The room is furnished with a bed, chest of draws and some shelves. The house has a large living room, a downstairs toilet, a large bathroom upstairs with a shower and a bath. The garden is a great size and a large driveway (space for 4 cars).

It's my room up for grabs as I am abroad for at least 3 months. The my mates Glynn and Cameron. are two professionals males in their mid to late 20's. They both work in hospitality often working evenings and weekends. They're sociable, easy to live with and like to like to enjoy a few beers. We have a Guinea pig who lives in the garden and a small dog. We keep the house nice and tidy so you must clean up after yourself, we take it in turns to clean the house.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Egham station with direct links to Waterloo (0.3 a mile), 2 minutes walk from the high street, 15 minute walk to the Royal Holloway University and Heathrow terminal 5 is only a 10 minute drive.

There's a 24/7 shop across the road, Tesco's and a Waitross on the high street.

The room would suit a professional, airport worker or a student and is available for at least 3 months.

Rent for this room includes all the bills and Fibre optic broadband. The deposit is £400, rent is paid one month in advance then on the 1st of the month. Please contact me if you need more information.
