Double room - Student ONLY from 13th July 2016

I'm Bob and I'm the landlord of the property.

I have a double size room available at this house from 13th July 2016 for a year.

You must be a full time student in July in order to take this on.

You'll be sharing with 3 students from Holloway Uni, 2 male, 1 female.

There are front and rear gardens, fully fitted kitchen, lounge, gas central heating, utility room, all furnished etc.

It's available from 13th July 2016, and the existing students want to stay on until July 2017.

The house is in Englefield Green, just 12 min WALK to Royal Holloway university, or if you are driving it's 15 mins to Heathrow, 46 mins on the train from Egham to Waterloo, 5 mins to the M25, etc so quite handy.

Shared bills come to approx. £25 a month per share.

What will you be committing to?

From 13th July 2016 you would need to commit to a further full year until 12th July 2017.

Am I a good landlord?

Well I think I am but then again I would do! Don't ask me, ask the existing tenants - I have done this professionally for a number of years and know how to look after my tenants.
