Bright double room in Stoneleigh, Epsom

This room is for one person and is in a nice, clean, three bedroomed semi in a quiet sought after road within a short walk of the 293 bus stop and the many bus routes at North Cheam. Stoneleigh mainline train station is a 7 minute walk away. The room is light and airy with fitted carpet and contains a double bed, a wardrobe, desk, large chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets and a chair. There are two cats in the house together with the landlady and one other person.
The bathroom, with shower and separate toilet, and fully equipped kitchen are shared. There is a front and back garden. The aim is to be friendly and polite, without being intrusive, and to leave everywhere as you find it. You need to be a non-smoker and a full-time student, or in full-time employment.
