Bright Single Room in Stoneleigh, Epsom

This room is in a clean three bedroomed house, with a front and back garden, set in a quiet road with on street car parking. It is a five minute walk to the 293 bus to Epsom, Morden and North Cheam, where there are buses to Sutton, Wallington, Kingston, Wimbledon and Putney. The house is a ten minute walk to Stoneleigh main line station, with frequent trains to Clapham Junction, Waterloo, Epsom, Guildford and Dorking. The room is light and airy, fully carpeted and contains a single bed, a desk, a chair, a large and a small chest of drawers and a modern spacious fitted wardrobe (behind the door to right of picture). The bathroom, with shower and separate toilet, and the small, fully equipped kitchen are shared with the landlady and one other. As two cats also live in the house, you need to be a cat lover. The aim is for us to be friendly and polite, without being intrusive, and to leave everything as we found it. You must be a non-smoker and either a full-time student or in full-time employment.
