We are a young couple who have a young son and a dog, who is very friendly. There is off street parking, broadband, a sky+ box in the bedroom with a full sky package and a washing machine. I have re-furbished most of the house since purchasing the property, for instance the bathroom is brand new. All bills are included. We are a quiet professional couple and would like to rent to a like minded tennant.
