Double room in newly renovated house

Hi

We have moved to our new home in Epsom, my husband works away and he comes in the weekend, I am looking for a female to join me. The bedroom is a good-sized double, with a lot of storage space, it has all new furniture including new orthopedic mattress. We have just renovated the kitchen so all appliances are including a washing machine, and a dishwasher.

The house comprises of 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and 1 bathroom, plus outside space. The rent is 700 per month including all bills (broadband, council tax, electricity, water, gas, tv license). We are both non-smokers and we appreciate tidy and quiet house. Off street parking is available. It is only a ten minute walk to the station.
