You'll have shared use of the spacious lounge and kitchen, with all appliances provided, and a bonus conservatory looking over a large back garden with patio for summer bbq's. In addition to your en-suite there is a main bathroom and there is another separate toilet.

The house is in the perfect location, within 10 mins walk to Epsom town centre, train station and hospital.

You will be sharing with other working professionals, around late 20's to 30's. Friendly and easygoing housemates, 2 nurses, an engineer and project manager. All have their own lives, but like to get together for the occasional shared dinner or drink.

We know you have better things to do with your life than clean, so we provide a regular cleaning service, as well as flat screen TV with Virgin TV package and broadband.
