Your room

I live in a flat in Capitol Square in Epsom and am looking for a lodger to live in the second room as my current lodger is moving back to Canada. The room will be available from the 10th September onwards.

The flat is nice and clean throughout and is well looked after.
You would have your own bathroom (bath/shower) across the hall from your room. I wouldn't use this bathroom as I have my own.
The bedroom furniture is only 6 months old. Large wardrobe has been added since the photos were taken.

The living area is open plan as you'll see in the photos, the kitchen is well kept and clean and you're welcome to relax and enjoy the TV/Projector for movies!

All bills are included but as I'm paying them I ask you're respectful of this and don't leave heating on full with windows open etc.
Broadband is very fast 1000mb hyperoptic.

I'd ideally like to live with someone who is quite relaxed, who will look after the flat and keep it looking good. It's a nice place to live and I'd like to keep it that way.
