Looking for a flatmate

I am advertising a flatshare in a lovely flat in Esher/Hinchley Wood.
Looking to rent out the large double bedroom for £775 p/m excl. bills

All bills will be split between us.

Looking for a young working professional.

The flat consists of:
1 very large double bedroom and ensuite with bath
1 large double bedroom
Additional 'main' bathroom
Open plan living room & kitchen (contains washing machine & dishwasher)
Balcony
1 parking space (visitor parking available if you have a car) - we have never had a problem with using this in the past
Access to covered bike shed

The living area is light and airy and have enough space for a 6 person table and separate sofa & TV area. There is also a big bookshelf in the kitchen/living area for additional food storage.
The flat came unfurnished but I have slowly furnished it myself - my plan would be to take my bed out with me but happy to discuss what furniture to keep/go

We also have a utility cupboard for extra storage of general household items

Existing housemate is
Mark E - 28 - a lively & friendly South African guy who does a lot of sport - gym, rugby, cycling! The plan is to meet up so that you can see if you like eachother before you move in 😊
