This is a two-floor flat above a shop and opposite a green. Is ideally located for transport with the train station very close (Waterloo-Guildford line), K3 bus stop a few further steps away, and the A3 close by. Local shops over the road. Cable TV and broadband. Rooms are fully furnished .

About Me / About You:

38 year old professional male working close by in IT, and 30 year old female nurse working in Kingston. Easy going, tidy and quiet, non-smoker. I love living in this flat but now need to let a room after the previous sharers have left for work or to move back home. Looking for someone similar and friendly.
