Hi all.

I recently moved into this lovely newly refurbished flat above the shops of esher high street and I'm looking for someone who wants to make this their home to share with. I am a very laid back but clean and tidy respectful flat mate who enjoys socialising but also respects individuals space. I have a small dog who will come to stay some of the time but is not there always and who is very very cute & loving. 50/50 at weekends I am there or away which would give you the flat to yourself.

3 bed flat with all newly fitted bathroom / kitchen appliances. Double sink in the bathroom. Great location with bars, restaurants, cafes & waitrose just over the road. Approx 20min walk to esher station. Bright, clean Double room with built in wardrobes, new carpet & newly painted comes with a double bed and brand new memory foam matress (can remove bed if you have your own). Car parks available with the option of a residents permit.

Looking for someone who wants to make this their home to move in from the middle of July.

Bills are approx £160 per month
