Two double Rooms on Esher High Street

Hi. I'm Julia 25 years old professional. The flat is located on Esher high street, above the shops. 2 mins walk to bus stop where you can take K3 to Kingston. 15 mins walk to Esher train station (30mins train to London Waterloo), Convenience shop and Odeon cinema downstairs, 3 mins walk to Waitrose, a couple of restaurants and take-aways around.

It has a fitted kitchen with microwave, oven, stove, small fridge and a washing machine. One living room with 41 inch screen TV, and three double bedrooms and one bathroom. (However bathroom is bath only!!) Bills, broadband and council tax are shared. Currently there are only two people live in here, so the total cost for each person is around 575, and about 600 in winter. If the flat is share between three people, the cost for each would be around 400 inc bills. One bedroom upstairs is currently used as a storage room, which is available now. There will be another room available from the end of Sep. Lots of spaces. There is no off street parking but on street parking could be arranged
I'm moving out and I'm looking for another tenant who is easy going and tidy to replace me. Referencing cost will be 90 pounds payable to the agent. And after that a new contract will be issue with 6 month fixed term. Current flatmate is a easy going male professional who works in IT.
