This is a SHARED room for 2 people in a house in Hinchley Wood. There were 2 men sharing but one has now left. You would share the room with Jan (Slovakian) who is a hard working 28 year old chef in the local pub. He is very easy going and works long shifts 6 days a week. Because you would be sharing the rent is only £300- per month and includes all bills. The room has an ensuite. There is a shared living room/kitchen/bathroom/utility/ garden. The broadband is cable (BT infinity).
The house is 4 years old. This is a clean and quiet house and you would be expected to take your turn to clean the communal areas. The bus stop/railway station and local shops are 2 minutes walk away. All the other tenants are also hard working good people. if you smoke you must do so outside the house.
