Spacious double and single rooms available

We are based in the South East of England near Epsom and Cheam. The house is close to public transportation, including a train station which goes to London Victoria and bus stations to local towns. The house has other tenants and you will be living with the home owner. All the rooms are fully furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobes. There is internet connection available, and all bills are shared. You will also have full access to the kitchen and appliances.

We have a couple of rooms available that are all generously sized double rooms, all furnished with bed, desk and wardrobes, some which will come with a small sofa area too.

Applicants must clean up after themselves, must not smoke or drink alcohol excessively or have any bad habits, as you will be living with other people, so please be considerate (e. i no cooking at 2a. m or showering at 3 a. m. every night!) Applicants must also be acceptable to living with cats, as there is a cat in the house.
