Housemates to share bathroom, kitchen and sitting area, large garden, off street parking. Bills included including BT fibre broadband. Available to clean and tidy, non-smoking referenced professionals. Please note that houses is fully furnished- photos taken summer 2016 show it after it had been redecorated but before furniture had arrived.
Additional fees: referencing £75 (copy of passport will be required), mandatory contribution towards communal cleaning fee £100 payable with deposit.
Deposit - one months rent lodged with DPS.
Sorry no couples sharing one room or overnight guests.
Not tied in-can give one month's notice at any time.
