Hi I’m Harriet. I have a room available for rent in my home ;£750pcm, inclusive of all bills. Beautiful furnished double room in South Farnham three minutes from station. The room has a sink with cupboards underneath, double bed with EMMA mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table (and TV ariel point) . I am happy to buy a desk if you need one, or there is room for some of your own furniture in there. Room is double aspect with own French doors and private balcony, right next to a brand new bathroom, excellent shower (no bath) (bathroom shared with 1-2 others)
This is a big, tidy, friendly house. Big private driveway, plenty of room for multiple cars, lovely garden and patio, friendly resident (live – in) landlady who lives in annex downstairs, one -two other lodger(s) upstairs. Additional spare bedroom available for guests by arrangement. Shared kitchen and washing machine. Lodgers have their own shared fridge and freezer. Additional downstairs toilet. Comfortable living room.
Sorry no overnight guests except by arrangement (I don’t want to live with a couple) and no pets or candle use. ALL BILLS INCLUDED, including maintained garden and basic kitchen bits (washing up liquid etc) all included. This is a truly friendly, secure and safe, well - run, clean and tidy house. No hidden extras, I even pay for toilet roll! Fire alarms and gas safety checked and compliant.
Looking for a lodger who would enjoy a tranquil and courteous home and knows how to clean up after themselves after using the kitchen or bathroom. Looking for someone who has a job (no WFH). No couples no pets.
WHO LIVES HERE; I am Harriet, this is my house, female, aged 53, a Social Worker, I enjoy cooking and culture and exploring the UK. I am often away, and you would sometimes have the whole house for yourself. The other current lodger is a Spanish man in his forties, a care worker, very quiet and settled. There may be a third lodger moving in on an occasional basis.
Deposit of £500 required for breakages or damage (fully refunded when you leave if no breakages or damage). No notice period required from you when you move on. I will give you four weeks notice if I need the room back. Initial three month rental agreement so we can make sure everyone is happy…
Rent is £750pcm, including off street car parking space and all bills.
