30 minute walk to UCA and Farnham town centre (2-3 minutes by bus).
40 minute walk to Farnham train station.
5 minute walk to Tesco Express supermarket.
5 minute walk to Farnham Park Nature Reserve.
Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, have a spare desk in my office for studying etc
Free parking on road.
Must be respectful of peaceful evenings, home environment and is clean and tidy.
I have a long haired cat, so please only apply if you are fine with cats :D
