Your sitting room has a sofa, armchair, TV & cabinet, dining table & chairs, kitchen unit with fridge, hob, combi oven/microwave and sink, shelving. The bathroom has bath, separate shower, toilet and basin with vanity unit.

Bills are inclusive and cover utility bills, council tax. There is also use of a washing machine, Wi-Fi, the garden and off street parking. The house is on a bus route and is 1.4 miles from Farnham town centre.
