Room to Rent Upper Hale Farnham

Hi, my name is Avril and I am a 25 year old who is looking to rent out her spear room from 1st October 2015. I feel that I am quite an easy going, friendly and chatty person. The room I have available comes with a double bed, bedding and fitted wardrobes. There is shared bathroom with shower and bath, additional down stairs WC, kitchen/dinner with oven, fridge/freezer washing machine and tumble drier. You are also welcome to use the sitting room which has Sky TV when I am not at home. All bills are included within your rent as well as the WiFi and use of all cooking equipment. The home phone is NOT included within this. You will have to provide your own food which can be sorted in the cupboard, freezer draw or fridge provided. You are welcome to have guess cover occasionally however please me provided notice. I have 2 friendly cats so no additional pets please. It is a non-smoking house however there is a small patio area outside should you wish to smoke. We also have off road parking right outside the house as well as being within walking distance from the local bus stop which will take you into Farnham town centre or Farnham station. I currently have a cleaner that comes every Friday to clean the whole house - if you would like your room added to the cleaning it will be an additional £5 a week - this also includes ironing if needed. The Rent is to be paid a month in advance with the deposit paid a minimum of 2 week before moving in.
