Double bedroom with shared bathroom in family home
We currently let out 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom in our family home. We have a chalet bungalow and the 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on their own upstairs. Both bedrooms we currently let to female students. One room is already let to a student returning to us for her second year and the other room is free as of 15th August.
If you don't mind living with a family (couple and two teenagers) and are looking for something quieter and a bit rural, then maybe we are for you. It is not that near UCA so you must be happy to walk about 25 min each way, cycle or bus (not the most regular service around here!) or have your own transport. This is not a shared household in the normal sense as you would be living in a room in a family home. There is no shared living area but you do have use of the kitchen/washing facilities, and the two students have their own fridge in the kitchen.
The household is strictly non-smoking - not even outside!
We have just acquired a puppy so you must be dog friendly.
Please email with any questions you may have and I will do my best to answer them and please let us know as much about you as possible.
