We have a spacious double room with en-suite in a family home located in a quiet Cul-de-sac, near the River Wey in Godalming. The double room is at the top of the house with picturesque views over the valley which can be seen from the Juliet balcony. The house is in a convenient location with close proximity to the town centre and mainline train station (Godalming).
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, built-in storage a separate study desk and television. The spacious en-suite consists of shower, WC, sink and vanity unit. A small kitchen has air fryer, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, toaster and ample cupboard space. There is also a shared washing machine and tumble dryer. Parking is available on the road.
We are a family of three who have a dog and are looking for a professional, non- smoker who is comfortable with a dog.
