The house is south of A3 close to the Cathedral and a short walk to the research park, University, RSCH and train station.
The room is bright and spacious with a double bed and 4 base drawers. There is a large built in wardrobe and 2 oak chest of drawers.
The ensuite bathroom is family sized with a good sized shower and further storage.
This is a fantastic low density, comfortable home. A professional/PhD house with 4 persons total, all with own bathrooms.
Large kitchen with two ovens, 5 ring hob, combination microwave, fully equipped with large dinning area and shared lounge. Utility with washing machine and share of two large fridge freezers.
Current housemates are professionals and PhD.
Viewing highly recommended, its a home not a crash pad.
There are two medium sized very well behaved dogs and chickens.
