Double room in a 4 bedroom houseshare

Hi,

As our existing housemate is moving out we now have a spare double room (furnished) available in a beautiful 4 bedroom house in Stoughton. We are looking for a professional or a student who would be willing to contribute to council tax.

The house consists of a spacious and bright open plan kitchen/living area, 4 double bedrooms, a bathroom, additional toilet, utility room and a sizeable garden with decking (great for a bbq in the summer). Plenty of shops around, all walkable distance (Lidl is 10 mins away).

Current housemates:
All three of us are graduating from PPA this year and commencing July will be working full time. We are sociable and like the occasional trip to the pub, but also love a chill night in.

Originally from Slovenia, moved to the UK to pursue a career in musical theatre. A part-time barista at a local coffee shop who loves all kinds of art and travelling.

Hannah, 23
A gym-rat from Somerset who likes the occasional cider. Has interest in contemporary dance and performing. Loves a beach trip.

Molly, 21
Glasgow born, part-time bartender who has a keen interest in musical theatre and fashion. Other hobbies include fitness, cooking/baking and reading.

Potential housemate:
We are looking for a like minded individual, who would be up for socialising with the rest of the house, but is also respectful of other people's space and keeps their home clean and tidy.

The tenancy period is 12 months and rent is £625 per month. Council tax and bills are not included.
