Due to international travel, this lovely semi detached family home is available for short term rent over June and July 2024. £1,600 refers to renting for the entire month. £500 if rented per week. Linen can be provided.
Bills are an additional £100 per month, could be reduced if only one occupier.
The house has three bedrooms, 2 reception room, a kitchen, downstairs cloakroom, and a family bathroom with shower over bath. One of the bedrooms will not be available for use (storage).
The house also has a lovely southwest facing garden for evening drinks.
Parking is on street.
Comes fully furnished and equipped, being a family home.
Pets considered, if well behaved and as long as they are kept downstairs.
