We are a family of 2 - mother and daughter, so are looking for a female lodger. We have a lovely, character 4 bedroom detached house situated on a quiet private road. Our home has three bathrooms, large garden/patio (maintained by professional gardeners), comfy living room, dining room, washer/dryer and a huge kitchen with 2 American-size fridge freezers. Our home is safe, clean, quiet, friendly and recently updated.

The house is within easy walking distance of Guildford town centre, London Road Station, Guildford College and the Spectrum Leisure Complex. Biking/bus distance to the University.

The room has a double bed, built in wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers. Included in the rent are all bills, including gas, water, electricity, internet, insurance, and council tax bills. Short term lets considered.

Our ideal tenant will be female, someone quiet, who wants to join our easy-going, friendly family atmosphere whilst still maintaining your own privacy, of course.

The room is available for females (students or professionals) and guests will not be allowed for overnight stays.
