Friendly, clean, respectful person wanted for a high quality house share in Wood Street Village, just outside Guildford town centre.
The 3 bedroomed house is large and spacious with a modern kitchen (washer/drier/dishwasher) and bathroom (separate shower and bath). There is fibre broadband as well. All bills are included. You will also have a friendly cat as additional housemate.
There is a cleaner who comes in
fortnightly to take the hassle out of running the house. There is a front and back garden also.
The room is a nice size and comes fully furnished room with a double bed, double wardrobe, large chest of drawers and bedside table.
The room would best suit someone with a car as public transport links are limited to certain times of day.
