3 bedroom house with one bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet, large sitting room, galley kitchen, large conservatory and garden. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboards and surface space. Shed in the garden ideal for bike storage. Permit parking available outside house.

About the room:

The available room is on the ground floor. It is unfurnished other than a large wardrobe with hanging and drawer space. Medium size with plenty of room for a double bed.

Bills are around £125 per month including, water, gas, electricity, internet and council tax.

About the location:

The house is within 10-15 mins walk of Guildford mainline and London Road stations. It’s a 5 minute walk into the centre of town and the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants that are located there. The house is located opposite Stoke Park, with a gym, lido and tennis courts only one minute walk away. One minute drive to the A3.

About the housemates:

We are two young female professionals, we are active and sociable and are looking for a third housemate who will fit in with our relaxed friendly household. We enjoy a glass of wine in the week and socialising at the weekends. We like to get together now and then to cook a roast or go to the pub together. We would like to live with someone who is sociable, with similar interests, respectful and looking to call somewhere home.
