Bargain town centre house, lovely housemates

A double room is available for a professional smack bang in the centre of Guildford.

It's a 3 bed fully-furnished house with two professional girls already living here and it's on the doorstep of Guildford and all its amenities. And the price is ridiculous for Guildford town centre!!

Town centre is 5-10 mins walk, mainline station is 10mins walk and London road is just over 10mins away. There is also easy access to the A31 (a 2minute drive).

The location is great as it's so close to town but still pretty quiet. There is a corner shop at the end of the road (perfect for late night snacking) and 3 nice pubs at either ends of the road.

Current housemates are Kellie, Caitlin and Gina but Kellie is leaving to go and explore the world! Gina works in HR and Caitlin works in Insurance both outside of Guildford.

The room is large, ground floor and fully-furnished.

We have loved living together so want to make sure that the next person fits in: fun, relaxed, happy to socialise as well as have their own space. It's not exactly a party house but visitors are always welcome.

Rent does not include bills, which add up to about £100 each per month (council tax, utilities, broadband). Because we all pay council tax we'd like to continue splitting it between three and therefore we wouldn't consider anyone who has an exemption (most likely students! Sorry!).
